2010: KJ’S REPEAT MODE

Yup, it’s nearing the end of the year!

Personally, I think the last days of December goes by the fastest. First it’s Christmas, then it’s New Year’s Eve! This year has been good, I think. First half is me mugging, second half is me enjoying life. And which year can be complete without music?

If I remember correctly, I listened to a lot of Lady Antebellum and Cheryl Cole during my exam period. I have this strange idea that if I listened to it while revising, and if I played it (in my mind) during the exam, it might help me recall whatever I’ve revised. But I’m not sure if it really works cos I only “play” songs to calm my nerves.

“Anything that’s worth having, is sure enough worth fighting for. Quitting’s out of the question, when it gets tough gotta fight some more.”

MUSE – NEUTRON STAR COLLISION (LOVE IS FOREVER)

For those not in the know, The Twilight Sage: Eclipse opens in Singapore on 1st July 2010! I have a strong feeling it will be better than New Moon!

Here’s the fantastic song by Muse for the soundtrack:

(My favourite line is right at the beginning of the song…)
I was searching
You were on a mission
Then our hearts combined like a neutron star collision

I had nothing left to lose
You took your time to choose
Then we told each other with no trace of fear that

Our love would be forever
And if we died, we died together
And I, I said never
Cause our love would be forever

The world is broken
And halo’s fail to glisten
We tried to make a difference but
No one wants to listen
Hail, the preachers fake and proud
Their doctrines will be cloud
Then they’ll dissipate
Like snowflakes in an ocean

Love is forever
And if we’ll died, we’ll died together
And I, I said never
Cause our love would be forever

Now, I’ve got nothing left to lose
You take your time to choose
I can tell you now without a trace of fear
That my love will be forever
And we’ll die, we’ll die together
And I, I will never
Cause our love will be forever
